Re: Armytek Prime A1 pro warm - Prime impressioni e purtroppo problemi...

Dear Fabio
I'm sorry for lack in communication. I was informed that your flashlight works well. This behavior is normal. So, when you use 14500 battery and the type is set for Li-Ion battery it works well. But if you put AA battery, the current is 1.2 but battery type is for 14500 battery. In this case the flashlight thinks that the battery is discharged and doesn't work. If you want to use AA battery, you need to set battery type for AA battery using 14500 battery.
If you have some more questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely yours, Sandra.

Hi Sandra,
I would definitely not be rude, but I had already figured it out ... It’s the problem! If in an emergency I was forced to have to use the AA when the torch has drained the 14500, how can I use the flashlight if I did not have another 14500 battery charge? Because the other torches in my possession (Wizard Pro v1.5 and Tiara pro v1.5) does not have this problem and work properly? On this day I always bought from Nkon other new flashlight Armytek (Prime C2 pro and Tiara pro v2) and I noticed that the problem also on them. I am a fan of lights Armytek, but I find this behavior very limited for use in emergency conditions. I also adviser to specify this behavior in the instruction manual so that buyers know what they are buying. I also find the wrong decision to eliminate the control voltage as for previous versions. I'm really sorry for these inconveniences and I would like to help improve your wonderful products. Can be solved with an update of the diver?
Regards, Fabio

Re: R: Armytek Prime A1 pro warm - Prime impressioni e purtroppo problemi...

Dear Fabio.
In case the 14500 battery is almost discharged, you can choose the battery type when the flashlight is switched off. I will forward all details to our technical department. They will test this light one more time. Thank you for your help.
If you have some more questions, please feel free to contact me.

spenta, senza batteria inserita ?
