Li-Ion in auto: cosa ne pensano i grandi marchi
Inviato: 04/06/2019, 22:23
In the various torch forums, there is great discussion about the safety of li-ion batteries in cars, especially in the summer at high temperatures. What do you think about it? Are your products (coupled with quality batteries) safe to keep in our cars 24/7?
Le risposte:
- Acebeam: nessuna risposta
- Armytek: nessuna risposta
- Eagtac: nessuna risposta
- Fenix:
"Our products are tested at 60 degrees, so they can be used safely."
- Klarus:
"It’s ok to use Klarus products in the cars."
- Nitecore:
"This is not a flashlight issue, it is the Li-ion battery.
Please noted that all Li-ion batteries cannot be stored at high temperatures, this is dangerous.
The battery should be removed from the device without using."
- Olight: "It’s no problem to leave in car, but please don’t leave it charging in car separately."
- Surefire:
"Attached are the product information sheets for the batteries. They will list the temperature thresholds for the batteries."
"You would need to request that information from the individual battery manufacturers as each will vary. The rechargeable 123A batteries we sell are made by K2 Energy.

- Zebralight:
"As long as you use li-ion batteries from name brand manufactures, you'll be fine in terms of storing the battery in hot cars. We've done that for years in hot Texas summers.
Always keep an eye on the charging process, and don't do charging in extremely hot or cold environment.
All of our 18650 flashlights and headlamps come with protection mechanisms for the discharging process."
Visto che è un tema ricorrente spero di aver fatto cosa gradita.
Aspetto i vostri commenti e pareri.
